I would like to try a new recipe for a full side of salmon (not slices) I have done one with a dry rub which is great but want something different for Shabbos that would please any palette. Please post your best recipe. Thanks
Two things I like lately are 1) Whole grain mustard and everything bagel topping or 2) whole grain mustard and panko crumbs. If you like spicy food this is supposed to be really yummy https://www.lecremedelacrumb.c.....lmon/
I like salmon with pesto
You can buy the pesto or make your own.
I salt and pepper the salmon
Put it in a hot oven until it's 1/2 way done, about 8 min.
Then smear the pesto on and bake another 8 min.
If you like it more done leave it in a little bit longer.
