Can I assemble a deli roll and leave it raw in the fridge and bake it tomorrow? I can’t see why not but would like to confirm that the dough will be ok. Thanks!

Yes. If it stays in the fridge then it's fine.

I have done it with good results..just don't leave the dough defrosted and raw more than 24 hours as it can sour (even in the fridge)

Thanks! 😁 having more than the usual company tomorrow and want to do what I can, but too tired to wait for foods to bake/ cook.

In case it helps a different time you can also freeze it raw.
