I've found both in North America with a KF hechsher from England, and I've had them in Israel with an OU from North America!

The one we get here is from Asian Home Gourmet, Federation (octagonal KF logo) hechsher under Dayan Lichtenstein. THOUGH BE WARNED THE INGREDIENTS CONTAIN FISH EXTRACT so you can't use it for chicken curry. It's really superb for fish or veggie (I use baby corn and aubergine) curries.
