I came up with an idea of making sugar free dairy stuff (Cheesecake, muffins etc) which is sugar free. Sweetened with just fruits. The ingredients are obviously expensive. I was wondering if there would be a need for it in the market?
If you see an ad in your local paper for it, would you purchase?

I'd buy chalav Israel cheesecake if it was truly low carb and clean ingredients.
Muffins, not so much, but other dairy foods, maybe.

Probably not much market. The people who care about natural sweeteners are likely to be off dairy too. Other ppl are fine with Splenda and such which already exists.

If I wouldn't be allergic to dairy, I'd probably be interested. But I've found that many people who are conscious about artificial sweeteners and clean eating try to limit their dairy food consumption.

I would be very interested!
Into health foods. Trying to be off sugar. But dairy is good for me. I would never eat Splenda.
Wouldn't all Paleo types be interested?

Paleo is off dairy. I am doing paleo diet but I do include dairy since I dont have any issues with it..
