He can’t fall asleep at night! He falls asleep at 10:30 every night and his bus comes at 7:50! He’s always tired in the morning. I’m at my wits end. The only thing that helps is melochew but I hate having to give it! I tried EVERYTHING! Any suggestions ??

Please buy him a sound machine/noise maker (white noise) if you don't have one. No sugar of any kind after 5...and make sure nothing is actually bothering him.. Like a kid in school etc.. It's a good start

Melatonin has a lot of detractors...
Maybe a Benadryl is a better option tho it doesn't work for everyone. I hope it works.. Poor kid.. Does he go to sleep doing something? Reading? Listening to tapes? Playing on iPad? Maybe he's too stimulated.
