Any good ideas? I need to give to quite a few doctors/specialists/NP's (not all frum or jewish)
very small budget... I also don't have too much time to patchka...

I've given a few flavors of hamantaschen and an iced coffee or other drink to colleagues who are medical professionals or other doctors I've interacted with who weren't necessarily Frum. I found that everyone liked the traditional as they didn't get them often enough to appreciate something different.

After a serious medical situation, my brother gave m&m's in one of those cards that you Pop the pill out of the back. He got them from a pharmacy and made some cute stickers in the style that a pharmacy would.
Stapled to the card was a bag with hamentashen or a roll.
