Tonight is Rosh chodish and. I'm looking to make a good and easy shwarma sandwich W pita or wraps. Anyone w a good recipe?

I saved this recipe months ago. Finally made it tonite and OMG it is delicious! I am now making a large batch of the spice mix so I have it on hand.
I used turkey because I had that in my freezer. Gonna make it again for shabbos using chicken.
