We plan to stay in Yerushalayim overnight on Chol Hamoed Pesach & trying to decide between the two hotels- King Solomon costs a little more, but I've heard the breakfast buffet is amazing, has anyone been to both that can compare (or been to either on Pesach), Also how's the parking situation? Is it better by one than the other? Is there anything else we should know to help us decide? I would appreciate any advice! TIA!

Lev Yerushalayim is beyond basic. The rooms are no frills and ours didn't come with breakfast

What about Prima Palace.
They have parking and it's very centrally located.

Went on a date with my future husband at King Solomon.

Went to what I thought was a job interview but turned out to be someone trying to get me to join their pyramid scheme at Lev Yerushalayim.

So I vote for King Solomon. (Plus it’s a much fancier hotel and the breakfast is amazing!!!)

It's also incredible crazy popular. Always fully booked even on a totally regular Shabbos during low season.

When I was an incoming travel agt yrs ago this was the most kosher mehadrin hotel in Jerusalem and the number one for American charedi clientele. It used to be booked out or close to sold out at least 6-9 months in advance before a peak season (Passover and Succot)

Less than 2 months before passover you take what you can get.

Yes, it was fine and filling (but not fancy like a 5 star hotel) Parking was public - wherever u can find. Was like 50 skl. and we had to pay again after 8 Am - bummer
