You can watch 30 minutes for free at the NBC Olympics web page, and then an additional 5 minutes per day.
Since that won't get you too far, you can either pay about $30-$40 for a 1 month subscription to services that provides it, or else sign up for a 1-week free trial of one service, then get the 2nd week as a free trial with a different one.

Also, if you live in Canada, you can get free unlimited coverage at https://olympics.cbc.ca/, but if your IP address is out of Canada, the live videos won't work.
