I use it to season steak before I grill, cheek meat before I sautee it for chulent, and steak tidbits before I sautee them for Italian soups.
The spice is versatile. You can use it when grilling onions.

Sprinkle it over chicken wings skin side down, then put on broil for fifteen mins, turning halfway through. OMG yum.
I also add it to my cholent at times.
Its spicy, so be careful!
