Pepper steak & indoor electric grill - What can I make?

Title says it all.
At the moment, I mostly have basic spices.
Onion and garlic powder. Paprika, Black and White pepper.

I'm terrible with meats. Help anyone?

Pepper steak cut is very lean and needs low and slow cooking. Do you have any other ways to cook it besides grill?

The grill is the wrong appliance for cooking pepper steak. You can bake pepper steak for a long time, cook in a crockpot or cook on the stove top for a few hours.

I found this recipe on an old thread:

I just made this one in oven. Saute 2 onions. 1 lb pepper steak. Peppers. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1/2 cup water. 5 TBs duck sauce. Bake 250'. 4 hours covered

I would use yellow, red and green peppers thinly sliced .

I've done this with minute steak before. Tasty but nothing crazy.

Any gravy style meat recipes?

Also, if I picked the may up in the Butcher yesterday, will it still be good tomorrow?
