I wouldn't plan anything ethnic without trying it out first. You don't even know if you like the flavors or how the specific recipe will turn out.

Ok. So I did those cookies mentioned before; the Karachi Biscuits, AKA Indian tea biscuits. I also put in chai tea and Indian spiced nuts. I'm putting all those things on a palm leaf plate and shrink wrapping.
I'd like to write a short poem-a 4 liner or something. I feel that otherwise people won't get it without explaining (these are Indian tea cookies...) I'd like to mention "Hodu" in the poem (Hodu from the megilla was India). The problem is that I can't thing of anything to write that doesn't sound lame or super-corny. Any of you ladies have ideas?
