Looking for recipes for dips for schnitzel. I already have a buffalo dip (hot).
Any other recipes?
Maybe something with garlic, or pesto (using cubes)?

Defrost some basil and garlic cubes (I use 5 basil and 1 garlic). Mix with mayo.

-Garlic mayo- use a frozen garlic cube, mix with mayo, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, mustard, water (mostly mayo and just a dash of the rest).

Fry sauce (delish on chicken or burgers as well)

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons dill pickles, minced
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 of a small white onion

Blend in food processor. Can be left a little chunky (pickles/onions)

KBD has a wonton dipping sauce that is delicious with shnitzel. It's apricot jam with a little mustard and teriyaki sauce.

Chimichuri is a great herb dip, yum with shnitzel.

I make a dill dip that is great - also with Challah -

1/4 bunch of dill
4 cubes garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
cap of lemon juice
salt
1/2 jar mayo

Process till smooth.

If you have time, can you post recipes for the first two? They sound delicious.

6 Tbsp apricot jam to 1 tsp each teriyaki and mustard. Make as much as you need.

I've only bought chimichuri (at Shloimy's). You might find a recipe on google.

sweet chili sauce is great with schnitzle. You can probably make it at home but I always buy it.
