I have 2 kids. older one is about 20 months and younger one about 5 months. They love each other and smile at each other a lot it's yum! But sometimes older one hits younger one. I try to say make nice and he does but a minute later he goes and hits he again. Is there a way yo deal with this better? Is he too young and doesn't understand?

Normal at this age. You simply can't leave them alone together at this age. Keep teaching him not to hit, just don't expect it to sink in for a long time.

If you see he wants to hit her just pick him up and move him away from her. Again and again. At this age they have very minimal self control.
