Which would you recommend (other than Waldorf)?

We did Pesach at the Ramada one year. They had no problem with letting DH inspect the kitchen. The food was awesome.
The indoor swimming pool has separate hours, and lifeguards. Shabbos elevator, just be prepared to wait a while.
If you have a large family, hire a private dining room. The main dining hall was packed, and it was an absolute balagan, with people bringing baby carriages everywhere and blocking the waiter's paths. I felt so sorry for the staff!
Overall, we had a great time. I'd do it again.
