I'd like to try making chili. How do you serve it or it's own of over something? What do you serve it with?

Dairy or meat? Can serve with cornbread or over rice. Can add cheese, sour cream, cilantro, chopped tomatoes, avocado, lime wedges, etc as fun toppings

Just did that tonight. I put the non spicy tortilla chips in a bowl. Added the chili on top. With Israeli salad and avocado. And that’s how the kids ate it. With soup on the side. Delicious

Usually over rice, preferably brown (not for health purposes, though it is better for you, rather I think the taste and texture goes better). Or I put it in a tortilla bowl (moisten a tortilla, drape it over or tuck it inside a metal/pyrex bowl that's been sprayed with a bit of oil, then bake gently till crispy).

We’re doing Atkins (no beans in my chili, just meat). I serve on riced cauliflower. I also love parve sour cream on it, chopped jalepeno peppers, chopped avocado, chopped onions, etc.
