this is a posting for a friend. her son is in high school and is very black hat and loves his learning and generally being in a yeshiva environment. in fact, he has some chassidic leanings and would even love a yeshiva like that. however, his general studies are 2-3 years behind and he is presently failing most secular classes. is there a high school that would cater to a boy who is academically behind but relatively on par judaically and chassidish or at least black hat? anywhere in the country or israel is an option. they'll do anything. Thanks all.

Many Chassidic and Yeshivish yeshivos don't have English. I'm sure your friend is aware of that?
