ISO Rav to change kesuva in Brooklyn

We need to get a new kesuva per our Rabbi. We asked the Rabbi, he gave us a name for another Rabbi who deals with this. DH called him twice but he doesn't seem interested in doing it. Do you have any suggestions for a Rav we can call in Brooklyn who deals with this?

Different country and many years ago, not sure how to even get in touch with him, not sure how old he would be now.
