My son usually goes to sleep between 7-7:30 during the winter months. Does that mean bedtime will now be 8-8:30?

No why? Maybe for the first few nights but after that why won't he go his normal time? I draw all my shades in my house at 530 and we start out bedtime routine

If I see they're not tired, I ease them into it.
So if usual bedtime is 7:00, first night we put to bed at 7:45 (15 earlier than previous day's 7:00pm, which today is 8:00pm). The next night 7:30, then 7:15, and then back to 7:00pm bedtime.
