anyone ever tried the freezer method with success?
Also, my mom once had something that tights was soaked in. some kind of special solution. I think it was called anti-run or something? anyone knows what I'm talking about.

I buy 1-2 sizes up.
Keep fingernails trimmed and filed.
Keep feet relatively smooth.
These are my techniques!

Remember to pull up slowly, use nail polish as soon as a run starts and buy thicker denier. That's what I do and my tights can last a half a year.
