It depends on what you consume. Sodium retains water so you can weigh more because of that. If you haven't gone to the bathroom for a few days, that can also cause your weight to be higher. But in general 2-3 lbs

From food and drinks I will gain 2lbs also. So I weigh myself in the morning after I use the restroom for my "real weight". Also I may gain and lose 5lbs during my time of the month due to bloating.

If my weight is not fluctuating I always weigh 2 pounds more at night than in the morning before I eat/drink anything. So for example Monday night before I go to sleep I weigh 135and 7 hours later when I wake up I weigh 133. (I exercise in my sleep😉)
