Any recipe for small salmon cubes, those that you eat with a toothpick?

I'm not a big recipe follower, so maybe you'll look for another reply, but I'd:
- look to use short skewers if possible & soak them in water first (prevents burning I think) (they're thicker than toothpicks, less likely to splinter or break I think, but toothpicks good too!)
- Marinade: crushed garlic, maple syrup, salt & pepper, half to marinate the salmon, and some left to pour on cooked salmon. (Might be strong, not everybody likes raw crushed garlic, so can drizzle on the cooked salmon maple syrup with slt, pepr & instead Garlic powder rather)
- bake uncovered (not sure how long.. cubes would be pretty quick I'd imagine...)
Good luck!

soak skewers in water
mix 1/3 c brown sugar 1/3 c honey 1/3 c soy sauce 4 tsps sesame oil and dash garlic
marinate salmon peices (I only do it for 1.2 an hour)
put on skewers
sprinkle with sesame seeds
grill or fry
those are my sisters instructions.
I just marinade whole salmon fillets (or cut in half for a starter course) and bake at 200 for 20 minutes and often skip the seeds because life is short.
