Is there any formula that is kosher lpesach and not kitniyos? I cant seem to find but maybe I'm not looking right...

Why do you need to look though? A baby who is formula dependent can have kitniyot. The makeup of non kitniyot formula is so different I would never switch a baby who is doing well when it's accepted to be maikil for babies.

Eta- it's not being maikil. It's like medicine. It's necessary.

They're all kitniyis.
You wouldn't c"v expect a baby to subsist on potato based formula, it wouldn't have any nutrients and a baby wouldn't survive c"v. Milk is not enough for a baby, it needs to be fortified with substantial nutrients, which is where the kitniyos come in.
