So I bought a light blue maternity dress and I was really excited about it. I have my cousin's wedding coming up and I thought, perfect, I'll wear this! But now I can't find a shell to go with it:( I knew that I wouldn't be able to find an actual maternity shell, but I thought I'd try to get away with a regular-sized shell in XL or 2X.

I'm attaching a picture of the dress. Any ideas where I can get a shell from? Shell Station and Elzee both didn't have... places that sell Kiki Rikis isn't even worth a try, since those shells are so skintight to begin with...

I'd really prefer not to just use a white shell, it takes away from the dress. (Oh, and I already added to the bottom.)

(Anon because I've given away too many personal details.)

Maybe https://www.shellsheli.com/o-u......html

Remember if you find something that is the right color you can always cut off the bottom to make it a cropped shirt so it will fit!

I would line lace in a nude fabric and wear a 'shrug' something like this

https://www.amazon.com/BlackBu.....D2JBR

if you are okay with the neckline as is.

It's a good idea. I wear pretty high necklines, so it probably wouldn't work for me. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Just yesterday I asked a similar question. Look for "custom dyed shell" I was given a 732 number, Maybe she could dye you a shell to match. Chag kasher v'sameach!@
