Does anyone have a broccoli salad recipe without mayonnaise that's suitable for Pesach (only restriction is no kitniyot). Thanks!

You can make a standard 1/4 cup each sugar and vinegar combined with 1/2 cup oil.

Cooked, but not overcooked (still bright green and toothsome) broccoli, Italian dressing (homemade works too), and toasted pine nuts. When it's not Pesach, add fussili pasta for a cold noodle salad.
