Is it still around? Read contradictory info as to whether it still exists. If you've been there can you tell me a little what I can find there? Thank you. Also, what would be the simplest way to get there from Jerusalem without a car?

Are you sure about this? I have a neighbor who went about a year ago, is this since then? When did they close?
Do you know any place that offers what they had to offer (in Jerusalem, but would travel up to about a half hour)

Yes, I'm sure. I live in Maale Adumim and drive by frequently. I believe they closed after Pesach last year.
