My brother and sister had it as young kids. The good news is you can only get it once, iirc.

For otherwise healthy kids there's nothing dangerous about it. It can be dangerous to a fetus but I think once the rash appears it's no longer contagious?

This. It's dangerous for pregnant people.

It's only dangerous for pregnant woman but most people are already immune to it once they reach adulthood

One of my children had it while I was pregnant and even then no one seemed too concerned. They (my ob etc) said a) I was likely immune, b) he'd had it already for several days before we figured it out so too late to worry about keeping me from catching it... don't remember the rest but other than myself and Dr Google, no one was particularly worried. BH it seems they were right (in my case)

I got it a couple of weeks before my wedding. Doctor said I had great timing, as now we knew for sure I was immune and couldn't get it while pregnant. It is dangerous for babies in utero. Otherwise, it's not a big deal. Now you know he won't get it as an adult (and like chicken pox, it's worse for adults than for children).
