Yom tov menu-lets inspire each other

Heres what ive got so far for second days, share ur menu too and pick up ideas to fill in the holes!!
Just to add-sefardi in israel

Thur night-tomatoe soup with potatoes and meatballs inside it
Thur lunch-no idea yet
Fri night-roast potatoes, rice and honey mustard salmon
Shab lunch with 10ashkenazim who are waiting for rice!!-meat in wine sauce, rice, shnitzel, potato kugel, veg salad, apple and fennel salad.

Not sure what desserts I'll do..prob choc mousse for chag and cake for shabbat.

Thursday night
gefilte fish, salmon and chrein
Chicken soup w/kneidlach and egg lukshen

Fri Brunch - milichigs
Omllets, hash browns, yogurts salads
Coffee chocolate and ice cream for desert

Might make fresh schnitzel and mashed potatoes for seudat mashiach (I have it already breaded in the freezer)
or we might just have matza and spreads.

Leil Shabbos
Orange soup
Pot roast, schnizel, sauteed veggies, potato kugle

Shabbos day - at my mom's (yay!)

Desert for the fleshig meals will be cake, nush, parev chocolate and canned peaches.

Side dishes:
Pesach noodles as the crepes of egg rolls filled with sautéed cabbage, carrots, zucchini and onions with a little salt.
Steamed potatoes, possibly baked with olive oil and salt.
Sweet potatoes somehow.

Mains:
Chicken
Brisket
Chicken
Pesach cholent

Dessert:
Macaroons
DD’s cookies
Brownies
Strawberry fluff
Apple something

Matza pizza for the kids tonight, a piece of the brisket for Dh and me.

1st night:
Gefilte fish
Sweet breads and mashed potatoes
Some kind of meat
Zucchini stuffed chicken
Butternut squash kugel
Sweet potato medley

1st day:
Baked tongue
Some kind of meat
Citrus glazed duck
Apple strawberry crisp
Another side

2nd night:
Gefilte fish
Skirt steak salad
Some kind of meat
Lemon chicken
Roasted sweet potatoes
Crispy broccoli

2nd day:
Chicken fingers salad
Some kind of meat
Ginger orange chicken
Zucchini balls
Sweet potato duo bake

All meals will also have some kind of white potatoes- roasted, kugel, etc

Capon breast roast
Asparagus

Friday lunch:

Shredded vegetable soup
Veggie lasagna
eggplant lasagna
Tossed salad
home fries
eggs or matzo brei if need more

Friday nite:

Gefilte fish
Chicken soup
duck sauce chicken
Roasted zucchini sticks
roasted candy cane beets

Shabbos Lunch:

Gefilte fish
Corned beef and root veggie 'chulent'
2 salads
cole slaw

Desserts are:

Creamsicle
Rigliachi
chocolate cake
Chocolate chipcookies
Blondies
Raisin chip cookies

Thursday night:

Minted zucchini soup
Matza w dips (guacamole, tapenade, garlic Russian dressing)
Smoked turkey
Mashed potatoes
Roasted squash
Salad
Mousse, meringues

Friday lunch:

Matza, spreads
Baked salmon
Meatballs (maybe w spaghetti squash)
Curried sweet potato salad
Stuff from Thursday night
Fresh fruit

Shabbos dinner:
Chicken soup, matza balls
Steak
Sauteed mushrooms
Roasted mixed vegetables, some w sausage
Potato
Lemon tart in meringue crust, if time

Shabbos lunch:
Leftovers smorgasbord

Are you in Israel? In chutz, Ashkenazim do not eat kitniyot until Sunday.
