So I put in a almost 4 lb brisket on 200 degrees last night in the oven for 8 hours and now I checked it and it's raw.
Even the vegetables are raw😔
What did I do wrong?

Did you cover it? I usually bake on 350 for first hour to get the temp up and then lower it and cook on low for a long time

That’s definitely weird??!
200 is a little low. I would do more 220-250....
I guess do what the other poster recommended. 350 for an hour then lower...

And ye, did u cover? You should have.
