With 6 meals to plan, well minus one or two for eating out, I'd like some variety. What's everyone making?

for the days meals I will do an appetizer like one meal tongue and the next meal meat knishes. Then Iwill make a roast and dessert. Also I start out with a nice dish on the table. For the night meals instead of an appetizer I do soup.
