I have one that is called mexican salad, I think it may be posted somewhere here. you can add lettuce:
corn, canned or cut from the cob
tomato
peppers - yellow and orange
red onion
avocado
romaine lettuce
tortilla chips (before serving)
olives (optional)
dressing:
1/2 mayo
1/2 salsa
splash vinegar
about 1/2 T to 1T sugar
put all the veggies together. add avocado close to the end and crush chips and add dressing.
other salad:
baby spinach
cherry tomatoes
red onion
crasins
avocado
italian dressing
enjoy!
