The movie that I found the most funny, even though it was dirty and disgusting, is Borat. That one really really fits the 'rolling on the floor' act.
Plain hysterical.
Wild Hogs is good
Big Momma's House, #s 1 & 2

Boy, you guys are missing out on some of the comedy classics of yesteryear. Flat out -- two of the funniest movies that I ever saw have not even been mentioned yet... but perhaps that's because they are a bit old.
The first is Arsenic and Old Lace. This movie is quite funny, although it can get a bit dark at times. Watching Cary Grant's character try to keep his new bride in the dark about his sweet, darling, murderous aunts, his creepy outlaw brother and his idiot brother who thinks he's Teddy Roosevelt is a classic.
Another hysterical madcap movie is What's Up Doc? It's pretty funny throughout (Barbra Streisand does a great job in this non-singing role) but the chase scene at the end had my DH and I rolling in the floor in tears and struggling to breathe.
Another classic funny movie is Some Like It Hot with Marylin Monroe.
If I think of some more, I'll post them.
