Has anyone ever made this? It says to make it from non-cooked noodles, I have always boiled them first, but this looks like a real time-saver! Does it really work?

Sure, it's delicious!
You'll notice that the recipe calls for water to be poured over the sides of the pan, and covered tightly, before baking for a while. That's the trick to using raw noodles in lasagna.

Can I use regular noodles if I add a cup of water? Store was out of the no boil ones.

Yup. This recipe calls for regular noodles. I actually dislike the no boil ones and see no use for them.
