No I definitely read somewhere only if the vegables and fruit are raw. You add pints for cooking them. But not sure of how many to add.

No- not with freestyle/ that’s the old way

You are right. I just live chatted with WW and cooked fruits and veggies are still 0 points. It's only fruit that you add to a smoothie that gets added points.

Fat free yogurt has no fat, not no points!! It has lots of sugar! Only plain Greek yogurt is zero points but that is not my kind of thing.

Light mayo is 3 points in 2 tbls - only get the light.

BTW, I think this thread is very helpful. Let's keep it going with ideas, tips.
Good luck to everyone!

Norman's Greek nonfat plain comes up as 0. But any brand fat free Greek would be zero.

You probably checked the plain Greek yogurt that is not fat free. Surprisingly Norman’s has a plain Greek yogurt that had a drop of fat as well as a 0% fat one.

Wow, how are people counting points over pesach???

After following for about 8 weeks and loosing 8 lbs I just couldn’t do it over pesach... I gained back 3 lbs! I guess I’ll be back next week.

know I am soo annoyed!

I have been on ww for over two months. I lost 15 pounds and finally saw my goal weight in site and then Pesach came. I also gained three pounds- seems like the magic number. I have been staying away from Matza because it kills my stomach and I don't eat gebrochts so I am going from cake to cake, still trying to keep points but terribly frustrated. Those three pounds took me forever to lose and I gained them in like 2 sedarim!

I should have bought the light Grape Juice, I wasn't thinking

So I’m still up 1.2 lbs from pesach😟
A real set back...
How’s everyone doing?

I went shopping today and saw a box of ice cream pops that were 2 points. The picture on the box looks soooo good. I just ate one and so disappointed/ it doesn’t taste good at all. I heard that weight watchers has an ice cream that is good but since I only eat cholov Yisroel I can’t buy it. The one I bought today is made with Splenda- maybe that’s why it’s not so good.

I have a real sweet tooth... anyone have something sweet to recommend that is not so high in points?
