My toddler loves crackers. He eats lots of protein, not so much vegetables but loves his crackers.

Does anyone have any healthy version of crackers or something similar I can offer him?

Any ideas to get him to try other vegetables?

rice cakes, bean based chips, or organic corn tortilla chips are crunchy and not unhealthy in moderation. there are also cracker recipes made from ground nuts. and I've seen "nut thins" in stores but haven't tried. how old is he? does he like to dip? my 2 year old likes to dip in hummus or salsa. my 4 year old loves avocado or home made olive dip. you can also make a pesto if he likes dips.

what's your definition of healthy? whole grain? low fat? low carb? sugar free? grain free? high protein? hydrogenated fat free? Nutrient dense? gluten free? all of these options exist, not sure what you're looking for.

I have had crackers that were made in dehydrator. I think they were made from nuts mostly. They were actually very good and they were healthy.
