Baked potato with canned black beans topped with hummus. Chopped cucumber salad on side
Greek yogurt, sliced banana, walnuts and drizzle maple syrup
Farmer cheese with sour cream
Tuna and sour dough bread sandwich
Egg salad and sour dough bread sandwich
Morningstar veggie burger with frozen fries ( very kid friendly meal)
Mackey wack, or homemade Mac n cheese

I choose a protein, either egg salad, tuna, cheese or egg omlet. Together with a carb, either challahs roll, matza, crackers, pasta. and vegetables, either basic salad or usually just sliced peppers, cucumbers or tomatos. Then mix and match one food from each category
