I bought a bottle of something called olive mufalata at
I think you use it as a relish in sub sandwiches.
I tried pouring it on chicken, but it really was nothing special.
Can someone help me create a good recipe for chicken using this
TIA

It's not a chicken sauce, and cooking it will reduce the flavor.
Get some nice baguette bread, slice it and spread it with the muflata. Top with sliced ripe tomatoes, and mozarella cheese. Grill just until the cheese is melted, and serve as an appetizer or with an Italian style dinner.
You can also add it to pasta, and sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese.

I agree with FF. It's best eaten cold.
Cube up chicken and turkey and serve over salad with some of the olive spread.
Another idea would be mixing it with marinara sauce for chicken cacciatore and pouring it over well seasoned cutlets to bake for 30 minutes.
