We have recently had fraudulent buyers from Argentina and other countries (Vietnam, Algeria) placing multiple large orders on our website. One was already shipped over $15,000 worth of goods. Their payments were then cancelled due to using stolen (US) credit card information.
Does anyone know anything we can do about this? Is there anyone to report to?
(Our company is based in Israel. Goods were shipped from the US.)
Thanks!

Doesn't your company do a credit card check before processing ?
We had a system that if the cc billing info and the orders shipping info did not match we did extensive verification by contacting the cc company and checking if the card is valid etc.
