where you fit religiously is a huge part of the school question - I happen to be familiar with a few charedi schools that deal with adhd/odd/behavioral issues - Sharei Torah run by Rav Rot, Torat Adam, Rav Idan's school....
But I would really not recomend aliya with a kid with those kind of difficulties at that age. Aliya with teenagers is VERY VERY difficult for all kids - kal vachomer for kids with behavioral issues. Making a change like this at this stage can really destabalize a delicate situation.
Why don't you wait a few years until he finishes High School?
