I would like to serve a light dairy and or pareve meal since it will be so late. Any suggestions for things I can make in advance before shabbos and warm up pretty quickly? I would appreciate any ideas! Thank you!

We're doing breaded flounder or another fish, vegetable lo mein and butternut sq soup.
The flounder will be refrigerated; I'll warm it up.
The lo mein and soup will be frozen, but I'll put them in the refrigerator before shabbos so they warm up quickly.

Dessert will probably be cheesecake.
