I trying to find some interesting gifts to bring back from Israel for my kids ages 2-17.
I would love something that's not found in America.
Thanks

I"m interested to read the responses.

I'll tell you over the years what I've requested 'special' from Israel.
camel carved from olive wood (when I was five, because a friend had one).
sand
dreidle with a "Peh".
Za'atar.

otherwise anything made in Israel - is special, because its made in Israel...

Oh and I've bought (and received) cute hebrew door plates and custom mezzuzah holders. Though I wonder if that is going out of style, I didn't see vendors doing that on my last trip, to the same extent I have in the past.

The leather store in Geulah has really nice gifts and they can put your kids' names on them.
They have a website - http://www.shaijudaica.co.il/I.....re=en

My kids would go gaga over anything in Hebrew - crayons, coke, etc.

My go-to kids gifts are classic children’s books in Hebrew. The kids know the books and it helps them learn Hebrew. Dr. Seuss and the like.
Anon because all my friends know this about me.

Za’atar .

Amother - they sell za’atar in America too.

Op- how about a simple Hebrew name necklace for girls or hair brushes with their names drawn beautifully in Hebrew. For boys I think it depends on age and personality. I would suggest maybe a Jewish themed puzzle or any toy for younger aged and older might appreciate a pocket size mincha/maariv (depending on personality here) or many their name in wood to hang in their room or door.
