I found a recipe for ices made out of orange juice concentrate that I would like to try, but it lists half and half cream as an ingredient. Is there a nondairy substitute for it? Or should I just leave it out?

You can use canned coconut milk or rich's whip.

Califia Farms makes a half and half that is pareve. You can get it in most grocery stores.
