Do I go by the hour? Or month? I'm doing from 10-2pm.
Do I give lunch? I'm doing 1 year olds.

The ones I've heard of for that age do $5/hr pretty much.
Lunch: yes you need to give them lunch. Ask their mothers to send (jarred food, yogurt, cheese, toast, cheerios...)

No lunch, just feed them what they bring.
I think you can charge a monthly fee unless you are fine with part timers by the hour

I'm only taking 2 kids. So I'm charging 7$ hour. Does that sound fair? I'm trying to make it so the kids get attention. And I don't get overwhelmed.

Yes if it's only two kids, $7 is fair.
