So this is mostly about frozen berries with a badatz hekhsher.
Does this mean they are checked before they are frozen?
And if yes, does this mean we can just use them without checking?

Meaning it should say specifically no checking necessary?
Otherwise it has to be defrosted and checked, even if it has a badatz hekhsher?

If you are blending it, it doesn’t matter.
It should say on it, ללא חשש תולעים or יש לבדק .

double check this with your LOR. My understanding is that if it is already blended, like jam, it's bittul bshishim. But you can't lchatchila blend and rely on that
