It has mustard, oil, soy sauce, honey, spices. Can I pour the sauce over and freeze, bake fresh on yom tov?

Put the drumsticks in the pan top side down before freezing. Flip before baking.

No. Just sauce will be pooled at the bottom. Will still be tasty. You can baste while cooking if you want the sauce to come back on top.

I marinate chicken in the freezer all the time. I've never had a problem. I just flip it halfway through the cooking.
