I love to experiment in the kitchen, and I came up with a great combo!
This tastes exactly like real hamburger.
One package of vegan parve "meat" crumbles.
2 cartons of cottage cheese.
5 eggs.
Mix very well, and add salt, pepper, and italian spices.
Layer it with your lasagne stuff and bake.
I was shocked at how "meaty" this tastes, because the parve crumbles on their own are kind of dry and flavorles on their own. The cottage cheese and eggs really pulls it together. You can add parmesan cheese if you want to be fancy, or just put the parmesan on top of the lasagne.
