One Rich's whip and one container instant vanilla pudding, beaten together.
The recipe above, with only 1-2 Tbsp vanilla pudding sounds like it'll be way too loose to sit well in canolis.

If ur looking for something more wow/different. Miriam pascals cookbook has a recipe filling them with a praline paste mousse— it’s amazing!

I just made cannolis tonite! For the filling, I used Miriam Pascal's recipe for eggless chocolate mousse in the something sweet cookbook. It tasted really good!
