Help with a Yiddish word/words

I heard this word (well, I don't know what the word actually is, just how it sounds to me) a while back and for some reason I thought of it today and how I still haven't found out what the word is. So bear with me, this is how I remember the word (words?) sounding and if I remember, the word was used in a negative way, if this helps.

The word sounds like: o(y?)f -ti-klaytet or maybe of-di-klaytet?

It may even be more than one word. Maybe oyf di ___? I have no clue embarrassed

I've tried searching I can't find anything that remotely resembles what I hear lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I don't think enlightened is a good definition for oifgaklert. If a girl is an "oifgaklerta" girl is she enlightened?? Not really.

It was something like a girl whose parents were BTs but the girl grew up in a non-frum home and after her parents became BT, they moved to a new place and the girl wasn’t really like the other girls in the family’s new community.

Maybe? I do know the first part of the word is oif but the rest of the word I tried my best to remember lol. Is the ge in this word pronounced as gee (like gee whiz!) or gee like the beginning of geese? Maybe the ti/di sound I remember is actually ge?

When you oifgeklert on any frum girl, it means she's not naive and she knows more then her peers, and knows too much, it's a negative connotation.
