Aside from teaching, from our research you either have to "self-fund-raise" by either actually fundraising/entrepreneurial programing or working in a 9-5 type job and doing kiruv on the side by hosting for Shabbos/campus kiruv. There are wonderful organizations, but there isnt a lot of "new positions" that are paid.
