I have the easiest milchig lukshen cheese Kugel
You cook egg noodles
Add sour cream, cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla...
Pour into 9x13 and bake

Iām amother because I gave so many people this recipe!
Here it is:
Lukshen Cheese kugel
16 oz noodles
1 stick margarine (or 1/2 cup oil)
2 C sour cream
2 C cottage cheese
2 C sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
4 eggs
Cinnamon
Cook noodles and mix all ingredients aside for cinnamon
Pour into 9x13 pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top
Bake at 350 for 45 min- hr
If you like cheese cake (and lukshen kugel) you will LOVE!!
